TIMING: The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm at Pond Oaks. We kindly request that you all arrive no later than 3:45 pm. Our venue will be serving refreshments starting at 3:30 pm. CELL SERVICE: Our venue is in the mountains and has spotty service on the drive up; however, the venue has WiFi available. Please plan accordingly. PARKING: There is plenty of parking available at the venue! The staff will have signs and directions out for convenience. TRANSPORTATION: There will be a shuttle departing the Double Tree Hilton (Claremont) at 3:15 p.m. (on the dot...), so please arrive at the shuttle by 3:00 p.m.. Likewise, there is a shuttle departing Pond Oaks at 10:00 p.m. to drop off folks at the Double Tree. Please feel free to use these as helpful! ATTIRE: Formal or cocktail attire suitable for an outdoor wedding venue. Suits and cocktail length dresses are welcome! We are in the mountains though folks. Given both the ceremony and reception are outdoors, we strongly recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a jacket in case it gets chilly!
