Bina - My greatest honor in life has been being your Mom. From the moment you came into this world, you’ve been an exuberant force of nature—full of energy, adventure, and a spirit that lights up any room. Watching you grow into the kind, strong, and fiercely independent woman you are today has filled my heart in ways words can’t fully express. We've shared adventures, laughed until our sides ached, and even butted heads in the best possible way. Now, as I watch you get ready to marry the love of your life, my heart is overflowing with pride and happiness. You’ve always been a dream come true, and I feel incredibly blessed to be your mom. You deserve a lifetime of love, adventure, and happiness. Love you forever, sweet girl.
Zak - How many soon-to-be son-in-laws end up spending an entire lockdown with their future in-laws? Zak found himself in that very situation and embraced it with a sense of adventure, grace, and good humor. He dove headfirst into our rural Georgia farm life as if he'd always belonged - caring for the animals, taking the dogs on runs, hiking through the woods, cooking meals for the family, and becoming a weather storm watcher. Zak became an integral part of our world, well before a wedding date was ever set. Zak has been Bina's rock from the start, and I can see the way they balance and support each other. Together, they are a perfect team, ready to face whatever life throws their way. I couldn’t be happier to welcome him as part of our family. They truly are meant for each other.
George - Father of the Bride
Bina - I am so thankful to have you for a daughter. All the laughter, adventures and willingness to see

Zak - So many adventures already and only the best to come. We are so excited to have you in our
family!

Michele - Mother of the Groom
I’m Michele, proud mom of Zak (aka Bubby) He has always been careful about the people he lets into his life, so I knew that when he met Bina, she had to be someone truly extraordinary. She is kind, loving, wicked smart, beautiful, has the best smile, and an infectious laugh—a perfect match for my son. Seeing their happiness together fills my heart, and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome her into our family and celebrate their love on this special day
Bruce - Step-father of the Groom
From day 1, I have treated Zak and Josh like my own because that's what they both deserve. With a common love of sports and family, Zak and I bonded from the beginning. I am so proud of the man he has become and look forward to seeing him and Bina make a family of their own. Bina is the perfect addition to our family and Michele and I love the two of them very much.
Tyler - Man of Honor
Tyler is Bina’s brother and soon-to-be Zak’s brother-in-law! Tyler and Bina grew up together in rural Georgia, spending time doing everything from playing “sticks and stones” to riding horses to driving to school together. In 2017, Tyler met Zak when he and Bina attended law school at USC while Tyler was in undergrad. Tyler is excited for Bina and Zak to get married because he knows they’re the perfect blend of brains, fun, and love—and he can’t wait to officially welcome Zak into the family (and finally have someone else to take on Bina’s stubbornness in debates)!
Ryan - Best Woman
Zak (aka Bubby) has always been one of the most important people in my life. He’s not just my brother but also my best friend and role model. Robina has become the sister I didn’t know I needed, and over the years, we’ve formed a close and special bond. I couldn’t be more honored to stand by their side and celebrate their love as they begin this exciting new chapter together. ❤️
Josh - Best Man
Zak (or as I call him, Bubby) is my brother, best friend, and pickleball partner. Robina is my new sister, fellow hobbit, and hiking buddy. They’re both the parents to my furry nieces and nephew. I love them both and can’t wait to celebrate with them ❤️
Pooja - Bridesmaid
Pooja first met Bina in 2016 when she visited USC, and over the years, their bond has grown through game nights, girl dates, family gatherings, and countless shared milestones. Having been with Tyler for nearly eight years, Pooja has been lucky to witness the warmth, intelligence, and laughter Bina brings to all those around her.
Pooja has had the privilege of watching Zak and Bina’s relationship grow from the very beginning, from their early days in law school to their thriving law careers. A favorite memory of hers is secretly traveling to Georgia with Tyler to pick up Bina’s engagement ring—a family heirloom—so Zak’s proposal could be a perfect surprise.
Pooja is thrilled to stand beside Bina on her wedding day, celebrating not just a beautiful love but the beginning of a lifetime of happiness for Zak and Bina.
Sarah - Bridesmaid
I first met Bina while we were studying abroad at Oxford in 2015 while completing our undergraduate degrees at the University of Georgia. We became fast friends and have had so much fun traveling together over the past 10 years! I am currently a 4th year medical student at Mercer in Macon, GA and my newest fun fact is that I recently became a mom to twin boys, Oliver and Owen!
Hannah - Bridesmaid
Bina and I first met across the pond while studying abroad in Oxford in 2015 -a whole decade ago now. Our friendship traveled back to Athens, GA, where we finished our degrees at UGA, and has sustained moves to Boston, Los Angeles, and beyond. Over the years, Bina and I lived together in both Athens and LA, and while I may be back on the east coast now, those roomie memories are priceless. I cannot wait to fly back and celebrate Bina and Zak!
Stephanie - Bridesmaid
I was lucky enough to meet Bina during our study abroad in Oxford, where we started a ten-year long friendship. From Croatia to Colorado, our friendship has been full of adventures and sisterhood. I’m coming to celebrate her and Zak from Atlanta, where I work as a fashion historian.
Julie - Bridesmaid
Julie met Robina and Zak during the first few days of law school. Our friendship grew over a karaoke night, football tailgates, wine tasting excursions, and many hours of studying. Although our friendship became bicoastal when Julie moved back to New York after law school, every time we reunite, we pick right back up where we left off. Julie is so honored and excited to be a part of Robina and Zak’s special day!
Leah - Bridesmaid
Leah met Robina and Zak during everyone’s first year of law school. They accepted her into their study group and everyone became fast friends. From wine tasting trips to watch parties for the final season of “Game of Thrones”, they had a lot of fun during law school and the years that have followed.
Jensen - Bridesmaid
Alex - Bridesman
Kyle - Groomsman
Kyle is Zak’s step brother. Even though Kyle has been living as a Jersey boy his whole life, him and Zak still manage to create loads of awesome memories over the years. Whether it be through games of Mario Kart, awesome vacations, or just general conversation, the memories have been real. When Kyle was then introduced to Zak’s awesome soon-to-be wife Robina, it was clear they were meant to be. Zak was a groomsman in Kyle’s wedding, and Kyle can’t wait to be one in his.
Juan - Groomsman
Zak has become an important part of my life, as my girlfriends brother and someone I’ve grown close to. I’ve been able to see how much happiness Robina has brought into his life, and she has become family to me as well. Can’t wait to continue beating both of them in Mario Kart/Party, cheers to a lifetime of memories!
Brian - Groomsman
Brian and Zak first became friends after meeting their freshman year at UCLA. The two lived together in Sigma Nu fraternity their sophomore year, establishing a room that became the go-to spot for nintendo games, game of thrones, and candy. After graduation, Zak and Brian decided to live together again for a year before Zak began attending law school. In their post-grad years, they began transitioning away from video games and candy to (razzie) nominated movies, rock climbing, and wine tasting (and ok, still candy). Over the course of their friendship, Zak has always been a person that Brian could turn to for advice or the occasional Lakers analysis. It’s been a pleasure for Brian to see Zak grow over the years, and ultimately to see him meet and continue to grow alongside Robina. Congratulations Zak and Robina!
Ashkan - Groomsman
Zak and Robina’s story is a story of the power of love. The power of love to transform a stranger to a loved one and the power of love to transform a person to a partner. To tolerate the rock is to survive. To love the rock is to live. From the moment I met the new entity that is Zak and Robina in 2017, I saw two people living.
Tyler - Groomsman
I met Zak 20 years ago playing peewee football.
I have this vivid memory of Zak’s speed as a kid… taking punt returns home.
We got close in high school, brothers really. It was awesome. I recently found out old photo library from my room back in high school. Full of gems, like this one. All goof.
Luckily, after all these years, we are still brothers. Although, funny enough, I can’t find any post high school photos of us together haha guys suck with photos.
Let’s change that. Love you mate.
Max - Groomsman
I met Zak during our freshman year at UCLA. We pledged Sigma Nu fraternity that year and then were roommates junior year. As roommates, Zak helped me stay focused on finding a job after college. He inspired me to also work as a biker for Jimmy Johns delivering sandwiches. It's a great workout he said and he was right. I met Robina during random visits back to LA when they were at USC together, and I have enjoyed getting to spend more time with them since I moved back to LA. Zak and Robina's love and shared passions never let up. Congratulations to the lovely couple!
